Corey Baxter
Insurance Adviser / Director

Corey is our founder and one of our key Advisers here at Affinity+Co.  He enjoys working with our wide variety of clients and specialises in Life Cover, Trauma Cover, Total & Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, Mortgage Cover, Specific Injury Cover, Health Insurance and KiwiSaver and also working with businesses to establish insurance cover for their employees.  Corey has been working in the insurance sector since 1998, so you can rest assured knowing you’re in great hands with plenty of experience.
Outside of working with Affinity+Co clients, Corey is in a rock band (you might see him entertaining the crowds at weddings, functions and bars), and also enjoys spending time with his fiancé Andrea and his three children.

Amy Tonkin
Office Manager

Amy is our Office Manager superstar, taking care of everything from client enquiries, to claims, to ensuring both the office and Advisers are well organised. Amy is your friendly first point of contact when you call us or pop into our office in the Royal Arcade.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, partner and friends, expressing her creativity through nail art and spending time at the river with her gorgeous dog’s Charlie and Nova.
Amy has a true passion for helping people so she’s a great asset to the Affinity+Co team!

Lydia Caldwell

Lydia is our newest adviser at Affinity + Co, specializing in Life Cover, Trauma Cover, Total & Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, Mortgage Cover, Specific Injury Cover and Health Insurance.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren, who keep life full of laughter. She also loves long weekend getaways, nature walks, swimming, and expressing her creativity through interior decorating.  Lydia is looking forward to meeting both new and existing clients, helping them with their insurance journey, and ensuring they have the right plan in place for today and the future.

Robin Smart
Adviser Support / Administrator

Robin is our Oamaru Adviser Support / Administrator taking care of everything from client enquiries to claims.  Robin has over 15 years experience and will be a familiar face or voice on the end of the phone to the Oamaru clients, previously working for Tony Caldwell at Waitaki Financial Services.  After a short break she is now back in the same roll for Affinity & Co. and looking forward to helping existing and new clients.

Outside office hours she enjoys spending time with family and her four grandchildren.  In the weekends when her and her husband Mark are not touring around in their Caravan they love supporting their grandchildren in their sports and activities.  Robin has enjoyed playing Badminton for many years and previously netball masters. When at home she enjoys gardening and sewing in the cooler months.  Robin is looking forward to working with and helping the Oamaru clients.
